Now when you're going from super long to super short you really need to have someone who knows what they're doing for the cut and style. That's why I started looking into different salons and spas in the Valley of the Sun. Then I found Dolce Salon & Spa, which not only does Locks of Love cuts, but is also complimentary if you have a qualifying donation. They even have a facebook photo album of people who donate. I figure if that little girl can do it, I can to! So I picked up the phone today, while booking my pre-wedding mani/pedi, I also booked my Post-Wedding Chop benefiting Locks of Love. Are you doing the Chop for a good cause?

@Layla they now accept dyed and grey hair, so long as it is in good condition (which is why I can finally donate!!)

I hear ya - I cannot wait to feel free to shorten the hair again! We're not exactly Arizona but we've been dealing with major heat wave and I'm dying over here!

I'll be doing locks of love or the pantene thing as well! I also just found 3 long locks that I cut years ago for Locks of Love that I never got around to sending... =) Only problem is that I think two of the locks were from when I highlighted my hair and they don't do that bc it won't hold color.
